Telepsychiatry Positions

InSight is actively recruiting excellent providers and support staff to join our dynamic team. InSight hires boarded or board eligible psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in all specialty areas including child and adolescent, geriatric, and substance abuse psychiatry. Candidates must possess good interpersonal communication and leadership skills and must be able to interact and collaborate with administrative, institutional, and medical staff remotely. Telemedicine experience and multiple board certifications and/or state licenses is preferred, but not required. Shifts and compensation vary by need, experience and credentials.

Account Executives

InSight Account ExecutiveInSight Account Executives are geographically based in local markets and function with high levels of independence. Incentives will be largely based on commissions for closed sales, though an average wage and benefits package are guaranteed. A background in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales is required, and experience in behavioral health is strongly preferred. Business to business sales experience with a long sales cycle is strongly preferred. As support, account executives will receive participation from InSight’s clinical and technical teams for onsite demonstrations, all necessary marketing material, sponsorship and conference allowances, travel and expense allowances.

Marketing Associate

This fast-paced entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurially minded individual who has an interest in marketing and a passion for improving access to behavioral health care. InSight’s Marketing Associate will work with the company’s small marketing team in Washington DC and connect regularly with a national team of colleagues.

Job Responsibilities for this position include:
• Create marketing materials including handouts, brochures, signs, advertisements, social media content, infographics, powerpoints, prezis and white papers
•Manage digital advertisements including Google AdWords, Facebook ads and other opportunities
•Analyze and report on digital advertising metrics
•Update and manage corporate websites using WordPress
•Analyze and report on website traffic metrics using Google Analytics
•Oversee the implementation of metric-driven strategies and promotional campaigns for improving SEO, engagement and overall digital presence

Consumer Marketing Assistant

The Consumer Marketing Assistant is a two-month contract position that will work under the supervision of the marketing and communications team to research, design and deploy provider marketing campaigns focused on bringing consumers to Inpathy, InSight’s online behavioral health marketplace.

The Consumer Marketing Assistant will support the team by helping to cast a wide net and introduce Inpathy to as many relevant consumer leads as possible. Outside of the project outlined below, the recruitment focus may shift, requiring the Consumer Marketing Assistant to be adaptable. These projects will set the stage for expanding the company’s market advantage in the field of telehealth.

Project outlines include research (identify and evaluate various behavioral health consumer groups), strategy (approach and messaging to consumers) and support (consumer-focused content and outreach).
