Telepsychiatry Positions

InSight is actively recruiting excellent providers and support staff to join our dynamic team. InSight hires boarded or board eligible psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in all specialty areas including child and adolescent, geriatric, and substance abuse psychiatry. Candidates must possess good interpersonal communication and leadership skills and must be able to interact and collaborate with administrative, institutional, and medical staff remotely. Telemedicine experience and multiple board certifications and/or state licenses is preferred, but not required. Shifts and compensation vary by need, experience and credentials.

Operations Manager

Operations Team

OperationsInSight Telepsychiatry has an immediate need for an Operations Manager who will enthusiastically manage the day to day operations of our scheduled services division, including the implementation of new programs. This role will be a liaison to internal and external stakeholders including business development, medical affairs, recruitment, operations, information technology, and human resources. External stakeholders will primarily include outpatient clinics, residential programs, and correctional facilities. The successful candidate will have demonstrated operations and implementation experience within behavioral health and will understand the unique challenges and requirements of delivering clinical services amid a complex environment of licensure and credentialing.

Account Executives

Sales Team

InSight Account ExecutiveInSight Account Executives are geographically based in local markets and function with high levels of independence. Incentives will be largely based on commissions for closed sales, though an average wage and benefits package are guaranteed. A background in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales is required, and experience in behavioral health is strongly preferred. Business to business sales experience with a long sales cycle is strongly preferred. As support, account executives will receive participation from InSight’s clinical and technical teams for onsite demonstrations, all necessary marketing material, sponsorship and conference allowances, travel and expense allowances.

Marketing Outreach Internship Program

InSight Telepsychiatry is looking for student ambassadors to support the sales initiatives of our Account Executive team for the Spring 2016 semester. The ambassadors will gain valuable sales and marketing experience and have the ability to promote behavioral health wellness programs throughout their region. The primary focus of the ambassador program will be to support outreach to colleges and universities, they will also be available to support the Account Executives in additional sales research, data collection and strategic projects related to other markets. This program gives students hands-on experience identifying and pursing sales opportunities under the one-on-one mentorship of a seasoned sales expert.
