Scheduled Telepsychiatry Positions

InSight’s scheduled telepsychiatrists work regularly scheduled hours and build lasting relationships with a consistent patient base. Scheduled telepsychiatrists work with diverse consumers who often would not receive psychiatric care without telepsychiatry. Inpathy Virtual Group Practice

Inpathy Virtual Group Practice (Inpathy VGP) providers offer care and management of the behavioral health needs of a fee for service consumer population. Both Inpathy VGP providers and consumers will access sessions and other services through a HIPAA-compliant online system that includes secure videoconferencing scheduling, intake, billing, messaging and documentation.

Inpathy Practice Administrator

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a Practice Administrator to run the administrative staff and processes of the Inpathy Virtual Group Practice division. The Inpathy VGP practice administrator will be responsible for perfecting and overseeing the operations of the nation’s first full telebehavioral health practice. This fast-paced position is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurially-minded individual who is passionate about transforming access to behavioral health care. Scheduling Coordinator

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a scheduler to work with the InSight Telepsychiatry team in Marlton and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This fast-paced position is an excellent opportunity for a hyper-organized and entrepreneurially minded individual who has experience in health care or telemedicine. This position is largely responsible for scheduling all of our telepsychiatry providers with the various partner organizations that they serve. Provider Onboarding Coordinator

InSight Telepsychiatry is looking for an organized, problem-solving self-starter to serve as its newly created, Provider Onboarding Coordinator. The Onboarding Coordinator will act as the primary point person between behavioral health providers and InSight team members. The goal of this position is to create and maintain effective systems that keep all parties organized, informed and pleased with the ever-developing Inpathy product and InSight’s services. The Onboarding Coordinator will work regularly with online systems, but should prioritize human interaction and personalized customer service in their day-to-day approach. The Onboarding Coordinator will report to the InSight Practice Administrator. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or a seasoned employee who is looking to be an important player in the operations of an innovative, rapidly growing behavioral health company. Credentialing Specialist

CFG Center for Family Guidance is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to work with the Medical Affairs team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This position is responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process. The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for facilitating all aspects of CFG Health Network credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, expirables process, as well as clinical privileging for all providers outlined in the Health Network policies or related contracts. The Credentialing Specialist will ensure interpretation and compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statues and laws relating to credentialing. InSight Telepsychiatry is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurially-minded individual who has an interest in behavioral health marketing and communications. InSight’s Marketing and Communications Intern will collaborate with the company’s small DC-based marketing staff as well as our national team of colleagues.

This position covers a wide range of digital and healthcare marketing strategies including research, web design, campaign development and outreach, social media strategy, digital advertising, and the development of press releases, handouts and other marketing content. As a member of our small, fast-paced marketing team, this position requires a creative thinker and innovative collaborator.

InSight Remote Ambassador Internship

InSight Telepsychiatry is looking for student ambassadors to support the organizations’ business development initiatives. The ambassadors will gain valuable sales and marketing experience and have the ability to contribute to InSight’s range of telebehavioral health programs. This program gives students hands-on experience identifying and pursuing sales, marketing, and/or business development opportunities under the one-on-one mentorship of seasoned business development experts.

Students have the opportunity to work on projects that pique their specific interests in business development and marketing on an as-needed basis. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally with the national leader in telebehavioral health in a rapidly developing field.
