Care Navigator

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a full-time care navigator to work with its Inpathy team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This fast-paced position is an excellent opportunity for someone with great customer service skills who is passionate about helping people connect to care. Credentialing Coordinator

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a credentialing coordinator to work with the medical affairs team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This position is responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process. The credentialing coordinator will work under the supervision of the credentialing team leads and will assist them with functions related to credentialing, including provider licensing, payer enrollment, facility privileging, initial appointment, reappointment, expirable documents and other tasks. This coordinator will ensure interpretation and compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statutes and laws relating to credentialing. This position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing database system and related applications. The credentialing coordinator will be exposed to a wide variety of medical affairs and credentialing-related functions. Hospital Privileging Team Lead

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a hospital privileging team lead to work with the medical affairs team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This position is responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process for providers. The hospital privileging team lead will facilitate all aspects of credentialing (obtaining hospital/facility privileges), including initial appointment, reappointment, the expirables process and clinical privileging for providers. Partner Communications Associate

This position is responsible for preparing, submitting and tracking credentialing applications and supporting documentation for the purpose of enrolling providers with payers (health insurance companies). The provider enrollment team lead will ensure interpretation and compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statues and laws relating to credentialing. The position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing database system, CAQH profile and related applications.
