Connected Services Operations Manager
InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking an Operations Manager to run the administrative staff and processes of its new connected services division. Connected service programs serve hospitals, clinics and other behavioral health care organizations by integrating InSight’s team of telepsychiatry providers into the onsite system of care by supplementing those services with telehealth. The connected services division also manages InSight’s telehealth consulting and community assessment projects that help teach communities and organizations how to best utilize telehealth to enhance care. InSight Telepsychiatry and the CFG Health Network are seeking Credentialing Specialists to work PRN with the Medical Affairs team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This position is responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process. The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for facilitating all aspects of the InSight and CFG Health Network credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, expirables process, as well as clinical privileging for all providers outlined in the Health Network policies or related contracts. The Credentialing Specialist-PRN will ensure interpretation and compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statues and laws relating to credentialing. Medical Affairs Credentialing Manager
InSight Telepsychiatry and the CFG Health Network are seeking a Medical Affairs Credentialing Manager to work in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly with a national team of colleagues. This position will report to the Director of Medical Affairs. This fast-paced position is an excellent opportunity for an organized, problem-solving individual with an interest in medical affairs, behavioral health and telemedicine. This position is responsible for supervising a team of internal credentialing coordinators that support CFG and InSight’s employed and contracted behavioral health practitioners in obtaining and maintaining their licensure, prescriptive authority, clinical privileges, and payer enrollment. CFG and InSight’s provider team becomes credentialed, enrolled, and privileged by our customers, and the Credentialing Manager is responsible for ensuring that our credentialing coordinators submit accurate, timely, and complete information to these partners on behalf of our providers. Provider Onboarding Coordinator
InSight Telepsychiatry is looking for an organized, problem-solving self-starter to serve as the primary point person between behavioral health providers and InSight team members. The goal of this position is to create and maintain effective systems that keep all parties organized, informed and pleased with the ever-developing Inpathy product and InSight’s services. The Onboarding Coordinator will work regularly with online systems, but should prioritize human interaction and personalized customer service in their day-to-day approach. The Onboarding Coordinator will report to the Inpathy Practice Administrator. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or a seasoned employee who is looking to be an important player in the operations of an innovative, rapidly growing behavioral health company.
