Access Center Representative
InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking an access center representative to work with the Access Center team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This fast-paced position is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-service driven individual who enjoys problem solving. This position is largely responsible for ensuring timely delivery of psychiatric assessments, crisis intervention and stabilization services. Account Executive (South Central)
InSight’s account executives are responsible for driving sales growth with new partners and expanded services with existing contracts within an assigned territory. Account executives are responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities, converting those opportunities into closed contracts, aiding in the implementation of new programs and then ensuring the ongoing success of active programs. This individual will be expected to represent InSight’s portfolio of services and must have a robust understanding of the healthcare market, especially the areas of behavioral health, community based clinics, hospitals, health systems and payers. This crucial role serves as the organization’s ambassador through outreach, in-person meetings and conference participation. Overnight travel is expected approximately 30% to 50% of the time. Care Navigation Coordinator
InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a full time Care Navigation Coordinator to work with the Inpathy Virtual Group Practice team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. The End-User Support Specialist serves as the primary liaison between end-users of InSight’s videoconferencing technologies and the support team on issues relating to set-up, troubleshooting and customer service. Medical Affairs Manager
InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to work in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly with a national team of colleagues. This position will report to the Director of Internal Operations. This fast-paced position is an excellent opportunity for an organized, problem-solving individual with an interest in medical affairs, behavioral health and telemedicine. This position is responsible for supervising a team of internal licensing and credentialing coordinators that support InSight’s employed and contracted behavioral health practitioners in obtaining and maintaining their licensure, prescriptive authority, clinical privileges, and payer enrollment. The Medical Affairs Manager is also responsible for fostering and developing vendor relations for outsourced Medical Affairs licensing, credentialing, privileging and enrollment work. InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a provider recruiter to work with the Talent department to regularly collaborate with a national team of colleagues. This position is largely responsible for sourcing candidates via various medias to create a strong pipeline of behavioral healthcare providers. The recruiter will source for both active and passive candidates for current and future telepsychiatry opportunities throughout the United States. The recruiter will use a variety of resources to find psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners and other licensed behavioral healthcare professionals. The recruiter will also educate candidates about the benefits of practicing telepsychiatry while moving them through a structured recruitment and vetting process. This role will work closely with a lead provider recruiter and will work in partnership with our marketing team to generate leads. The role will also collaborate closely with InSight’s operations and sales team to understand the unique needs of our partners and identify the best candidates for each program.
