Credentialing System Administrator

InSight Telepsychiatry and the CFG Health Network are seeking a credentialing system administrator to work with the medical affairs team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This administrator is the primary owner of the credentialing database and other online systems, and prioritizes human interaction and personalized customer service in their day-to-day approach with other medical affairs staff members, providers and credentialing counterparts within partner organizations. This position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing database system and related applications. Hospital Privileging Coordinator-PRN

InSight Telepsychiatry and the CFG Health Network are seeking a hospital privileging coordinator to work remotely with the medical affairs team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This position is responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process for providers. The hospital privileging coordinator will facilitate all aspects of credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, the expirables process and clinical privileging for providers. This position will ensure interpretation and compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statues and laws relating to credentialing. Lead Credentialing Specialist

InSight Telepsychiatry and the CFG Health Network are seeking a lead credentialing specialist to work with the medical affairs team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly with a national team of colleagues. InSight’s medical affairs team functions as a service department designed to support our network of providers and our operational counterparts. This position is responsible for supervising a team of internal credentialing coordinators that support InSight’s employed and contracted behavioral health providers in obtaining and maintaining their licensure, prescriptive authority, clinical privileges and payer enrollment. Additionally, our partners credential, enroll and privilege InSight providers, and it’s the lead credentialing specialist’s responsibility to ensure our credentialing coordinators submit accurate, timely and complete information to these partners on behalf of our providers. This position will report to the director of medical affairs. Provider Enrollment Coordinator-PRN

InSight Telepsychiatry and the CFG Health Network are seeking a provider enrollment coordinator to work remotely with the medical affairs team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This position is responsible for preparing, submitting and tracking credentialing applications and supporting documentation for the purpose of enrolling providers with payers. The provider enrollment coordinator will ensure interpretation and compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statues and laws relating to credentialing. The position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing database system, CAQH profile and related applications. Staff Accountant

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a staff accountant with excellent basic accounting skills, financial analysis capabilities, commitment to customer service and healthcare knowledge. This position is responsible for performing day-to-day accounting functions such as preparing and posting journal entries, performing periodic reconciliations of assigned accounts and participating in the month-end close process. Work collaboratively with InSight’s executive director, chief financial officer, staff and department leaders in a fast-paced, purpose-focused and rewarding environment to accurately execute assigned accounting and financial reporting tasks, protect assets and provide support for organization operations.
