Clinical Education Specialist

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a clinical education specialist to work with the internal operations team in Marlton, NJ and connect regularly to a national team of colleagues. This person will help develop clinical chart best practice initiatives, offer clinical chart review and conduct EMR trainings for our providers on the EMRs at new and existing partner sites. The clinical education specialist will be responsible for analyzing provider charts and establishing documentation improvement education plans with our providers. They will also collaborate with our partner sites to ensure provider productivity is maximized and delivery of patient care is not hindered by facility specific EMR challenges. This position will also serve as the education expert for analyzing provider workflows as related to EMR capabilities, developing instructional material and optimizing end-user support courses for provider EMR usage. We are looking for an energetic team member with excellent technical skills, a positive personality and a desire to educate within healthcare. This person reports to the internal operations director. Healthcare Associate

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a healthcare associate looking to learn and grow within the credentialing and telemedicine fields. This position will lead, coordinate, monitor and maintain the credentialing and re-credentialing process, and is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the healthcare database system and related applications. The healthcare associate will work under the supervision of the credentialing team leads, providing assistance with functions related to credentialing, including provider licensing, payer enrollment, facility privileging, initial appointment, reappointment, document maintenance and other projects. Implementation Manager

InSight Telepsychiatry has an immediate need for an implementation and performance manager who will oversee new partner (customer) program implementation and enable new provider onboarding. This role will liaison regularly with other internal and external departments, including business development, medical affairs, recruitment, operations, information technology and human resources. External partners include hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated implementation experience within healthcare and will understand the unique challenges and requirements of delivering clinical services amid a complex environment of licensure and credentialing. They would also have a proven ability to create and manage a flexible plan that expects resource issues, change orders and barriers. This person must have a strong acumen toward detail orientation without compromising the big picture and derive energy and excitement from a fast paced, growing and changing work environment and industry. This dynamic and confident individual will provide essential management of processes that support the objectives of business development and sales. The right candidate is someone who can be a part of and motivate a fast-paced, mission-driven team. The sales administrator role is responsible for overseeing administrative functions related to sales, and will help to improve the productivity of field sales executives by assisting and supporting with data review, analysis and reporting. Senior Operations Manager

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a senior operations manager to oversee InSight’s quickly growing direct-to-consumer division, Inpathy. Inpathy is a national behavioral health practice operated entirely through telehealth. Inpathy’s operations fit into two categories, the virtual group practice and private practice. This senior manager will be responsible for directing the goals and priorities for both categories of the practice, and ensuring that any cross-over departments or functions are successfully working together. The senior operations manager will also be responsible for supporting new partnerships and implementations, and ultimately ensuring the growth of Inpathy is in alignment with InSight’s other divisions and overall plans. Staff Accountant

InSight Telepsychiatry is seeking a staff accountant with excellent basic accounting skills, financial analysis capabilities, commitment to customer service and healthcare knowledge. This position is responsible for performing day-to-day accounting functions such as preparing and posting journal entries, performing periodic reconciliations of assigned accounts and participating in the month-end close process. Work collaboratively with InSight’s executive director, chief financial officer, staff and department leaders in a fast-paced, purpose-focused and rewarding environment to accurately execute assigned accounting and financial reporting tasks, protect assets and provide support for organization operations.
