Kurt Rogers joined CFG and InSight’s Access Center team in 2017 as Manager when he relocated to Marlton, NJ to be near family. He has over a decade of experience working in the healthcare industry and has worked in many leadership positions both in and outside of the healthcare industry. Kurt also has a Master of Science in Counseling. As CFG and InSight’s Access Center Manager, Kurt M. Rogers oversees all of the Access Center representatives and coordinates with InSight operations to deliver quality support services for partner organizations and consumers.
Jason Passarelli has worked with CFG and InSight since 2010. As an Access Center Representative, Passarelli connects partner organizations who need additional psychiatric support to qualified providers. He enjoys the fluid nature of InSight Telepsychiatry and feels he has grown with the company over the years. He values an environment where he can continually learn new things. When he is not in the Access Center helping people get connected to timely care, Passarelli works in wealth management with a national bank. He enjoys spending time with his dog and traveling.
Frances Charles has worked with CFG and InSight since 2009. As an Access Center Representative, Charles connects partner organizations who need additional psychiatric support to qualified providers. She enjoys working at a company that is consistently evolving in its mission to expand behavioral and mental health services to communities across the country. Charles got her BA from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY and is currently studying to become an occupational therapist. Charles enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Callie Chester joined CFG and InSight in 2013. As an Access Center Representative, Chester connects partner organizations who need additional psychiatric support to qualified providers. She enjoys working with InSight because of the great variety of people she gets to speak with each day from all around the country. In addition to her work at the Access Center, Chester is a certified home health aide and a certified nurse aide.
Briana Cleveland joined CFG and InSight’s Access Center team in April 2018 as a Shift Coordinator. Briana obtained her Bachelor of Science from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2018. She joins the team with a vast background in health care administration, customer service and sales. As a Shift Coordinator, Briana implements a number of initiatives for overseeing the operational aspects of the access center.
These individuals represent the senior team members working in the Access Center. The Access Center is staffed 24/7 with a team of approximately twenty full and part-time representatives who work in the Access Center to connect our partner organizations to telepsychiatry providers.
