Geoffrey Boyce is the Executive Director of the CFG Health Network’s InSight Telepsychiatry. Since 2008, Boyce has advocated for the appropriate use and value of telepsychiatry and has developed unique telemedicine programs within areas of greatest need. Boyce is an active participant in telemedicine advocacy, education and reform initiatives, regularly interacting with state and local healthcare regulators and administrators. He also serves on the advisory board of directors for the Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC). Boyce frequently speaks about the potential of telemedicine and the best practices for establishing new programs. Boyce holds an MBA from Terry College of Business at UGA with a focus on entrepreneurship and business planning.
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO, Les Paschall brings over 20 years of creative leadership experience in the development, management, and coordination of cost-effective health care services in five major health provider venues. He has championed new models of need-based healthcare services for large hospital systems, state health, and education systems, as well as serving as an advisor to the Governor’s Task Force on Mental Health. He is adept at reviewing various systems crossing the private and public sector while successfully creating solutions to their common goals. He also brings business acumen to CFG, which was recognized in business publications as one of the top 25 fastest growing businesses in New Jersey.
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer for InSight, Paul Olson brings with him nearly two decades of experience in advising healthcare organizations in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and corporate finance. He is passionate about supporting the behavioral health community and serves on the Board of Directors of Search for Change, a non-profit organization that provides supported housing to individuals transitioning from behavioral health facilities to independent living. Olson holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Wolstenholme began his career in Information Technology in the United States Air Force in 1987. During his military career he maintained Aircraft Mounted Computers on the A-10, KC-135 and C-141 aircraft in the United States as well as Saudi Arabia during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In 1998 Mr. Wolstenholme left the military and entered the public sector. In his public career, he has managed IT in many industries including Production, Finance, Education and Health Care. He holds certifications from Novell, Microsoft, CompTIA, and ISACA as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Services.
Director of Business Development
Jeanine Miles is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the director of business development and marketing at the CFG Health Network. Miles has over 20 years of clinical and management experience in behavioral health. Miles previously worked as the State Wide Mental Health Director in the NJDOC system for several years. She is responsible for the development and implementation of new programs including responding to RFPs, grants, contracts and overseeing all start-up projects.
