Dena Ferrell joined the CFG Health Network in 2007 as an intake coordinator. In 2009 she was promoted to the director of the Access Center, and she now serves as the Operations Director for both on-demand and scheduled services. Ferrell has her BA in Psychology and worked for 13 years as a Certified Mental Health Screener. Along with her knack for organization and management, Ferrell brings to the table over 20 years of experience in mental health. Ferrell is responsible for the day-to-day operations of telepsychiatry programs ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Operations Manager of On-Demand Services
As the On-Demand Operations Manager at InSight Telepsychiatry, Vikki helps manage the implementation of new programs for InSight’s partners with on-demand telepsychiatry programs. Vikki received her BA in Psychology from Temple University. Vikki has extensive experience implementing and sustaining behavioral health programs throughout her career, particularly in her role as the Clinical Coordinator for Emergency Psychiatric Services at Newpoint Behavioral Health. Vikki believes that tailoring behavioral healthcare to the person is critical to improving quality of life and healthcare outcomes.
As an implementation manager, April Ebru Isik helps manage the implementation of new on-demand programs for InSight partners. Isik has several years of experience working in the health care sector. She earned her MBA in Health Sector Management from Temple University and her DDS from Istanbul University in Turkey, where she practiced as a doctor of dental surgery for a number of years.
Scheduler for On-Demand Services
As InSight’s Scheduler, Nicole Zecca works to fill the scheduling needs for telepsychiatry providers delivering On-Demand services by matching provider availability to the needs of InSight’s healthcare partners. Zecca joins InSight with more than 5 years of experience in healthcare administration. Her professional background includes previous work in schedule management, as well as client care management and quality control. Zecca has a Bachelor’s degree from the Stockton University in Public Health Administration.
