Operations Manager of On-Demand Services
As the On-Demand Operations Manager at InSight Telepsychiatry, Vikki helps manage the implementation of new programs for InSight’s partners with on-demand telepsychiatry programs. Vikki received her BA in Psychology from Temple University. Vikki has extensive experience implementing and sustaining behavioral health programs throughout her career, particularly in her role as the Clinical Coordinator for Emergency Psychiatric Services at Newpoint Behavioral Health. Vikki believes that tailoring behavioral healthcare to the person is critical to improving quality of life and healthcare outcomes.
As an implementation manager, April Ebru Isik helps manage the implementation of new on-demand programs for InSight partners. Isik has several years of experience working in the health care sector. She earned her MBA in Health Sector Management from Temple University and her DDS from Istanbul University in Turkey, where she practiced as a doctor of dental surgery for a number of years.
Scheduler for On-Demand Services
As InSight’s Scheduler, Nicole Zecca works to fill the scheduling needs for telepsychiatry providers delivering On-Demand services by matching provider availability to the needs of InSight’s healthcare partners. Zecca joins InSight with more than 5 years of experience in healthcare administration. Her professional background includes previous work in schedule management, as well as client care management and quality control. Zecca has a Bachelor’s degree from the Stockton University in Public Health Administration.
As a scheduler, Sondrini works to fill the scheduling needs for telepsychiatry providers delivering On-Demand services by matching provider availability to the needs of InSight’s healthcare partners. Upon finishing her Bachelor’s degree in social work, Destiny was a mental health counselor for a non-profit agency in Central Jersey while maintaining per-diem status in the Access Center and working toward a Master’s degree. Putting her Master’s degree on a temporary hold, Destiny has accepted her recent position with the purpose of exploring the behavioral health field from a different perspective.
As program coordinator, Leah Shamilov is responsible for on-demand program implementations and providing ongoing support to InSight’s partners. Shamilov brings a range of experience in telemedicine, business and human resources to the role. Shamilov previously worked as a provider recruiter for InSight before joining the On-Demand team.
External Operations Administrator
As the external operations administrator, Neema Olory provides support to the external operations department, including the on-demand, scheduled, connected and Inpathy teams. She provides partner-facing support, facilitating projects that add value to partners in collaboration with the marketing and communications team. Neema has experience as a mental health counselor, and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing an M.B.A. in Marketing.
