As the Talent Manager, Kimberly Kotz oversees the recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing engagement efforts for all InSight administrative and provider team members. Kotz joined the InSight team in 2012, bringing with her seven years of administrative experience in healthcare and insurance. As InSight expands and evolves, Kotz works to ensure that InSight retains high quality talent who is committed to InSight’s mission of increasing access to care.
As Lead Provider Recruiter for InSight, Michael Johnson works to identify highly qualified psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners and introduces them to InSight’s myriad of telepsychiatry opportunities. Aiming to establish strong, long-lasting relationships, Johnson looks for providers who are passionate about InSight’s mission to increase access to quality behavioral health care and guides them through the recruitment process. Johnson has five years of experience in recruiting behavioral health professionals, working for a community mental health center prior to joining the InSight team. He has a master’s degree in corporate and professional communication.
As a provider recruiter, Leah Shamilov supports candidates looking for new career opportunities at InSight Telepsychiatry. Shamilov brings a range of experience in telemedicine, business and human resources to the role and works on projects in lead generation, sourcing and recruitment. She is also in charge of developing relationships with provider training programs and creating paths for providers to gain experience in telebehavioral health.
Melissa Martinez joined InSight in summer 2015 as the Provider Onboarding Lead. She works closely with both InSight and Inpathy providers as their primary point of contact and guide through technology setup, licensing and credentialing, and other onboarding steps. Melissa joins InSight after working with the University of Pennsylvania Health System where she spent several years working with physicians in Graduate Medical Education.
Provider Onboarding Coordinator
As a Provider Onboarding Coordinator at InSight Telepsychiatry, Caitlyn Gravenor works closely with InSight providers as their primary point of contact. Gravenor guides providers through technology setup, licensing, credentialing and other onboarding steps. Before joining InSight Gravenor worked with students, professionals and fortune 500 companies, and she is excited to bring that experience to the leading national telepsychiatry provider organization.
As InSight’s Engagement Coordinator, Desiré Stasen works to connect InSight providers, partners and internal team members to one another and their peers. She manages the provider engagement committee, coordinates outreach and updates to InSight’s partners, as well as other engagement duties. She joins InSight with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Account Management, having served both the public and government sectors. Stasen is a LaSalle University graduate who received her degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
As the training coordinator, Carrie DiGregorio assists with guiding providers and administrative team members through the onboarding process. This includes technical training so providers are successful with the telepsychiatry platform and training internal team members on best practices and protocols for videoconferencing, running effective meetings, project management and more. In addition, she writes and facilitates staff development training and assists the marketing team to create and share training handouts and updates. DiGregorio comes to InSight with a background in social services where she facilitated training for social workers, foster parents and clinical staff. DiGregorio is a University of Central Florida graduate who received her degree in Psychology.
Human Resources Coordinator
Diane Sinclair has joined the talent team from InSight’s marketing and communications team. As a human resources coordinator, she is responsible for onboarding and tracking new administrative hires in addition to supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement efforts. Diane came to InSight with a background in strategic communications, marketing and psychology. She believes that connecting with people begins with a positive attitude and emphasizes this attitude with her work at InSight.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, Jeffrey is responsible for recruiting administrative InSight team members, seeking highly qualified candidates who are strong, long-term fits for roles on InSight’s rapidly-growing administrative, clinical and support teams. Jeffrey has previous experience in healthcare recruiting and a strong recruiting background, working as a National Corporate Recruiter before joining InSight. Jeffrey holds a BS degree from Rutgers University as well as an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Capella University.
